SHIPPING & RETURNS
Currently we only ship using USPS and FedEx. We only ship to the address that is listed on your account at the time of check out. Tracking and updates will be provided at the time of your item leaving our possession. For more inquires regarding shipping please contact us at option at the bottom of the page for help.
Cancellations & Returns Policy
Once we process an order and the order has been added to our print queuing system, it can no longer be canceled. We produce all of our orders in an on demand basis, once material has been used in the creation of an order it can not be reused. The customer can either return or refuse the package. In order to track down an order for the purposes of canceling it, would completely disrupt our business, our shipping department, and interfere with our productivity.
We stand behind our prints 100% - if you are unsatisfied with your print/purchase (within 7 days of shipment marked as delivered) we are happy to refund you or get a reprint out immediately. The print/item that is being replaced must be shipped back prior replacement being shipped out, unless directly coordinated with us. Before opening any type of case/return request we ask you please reach out to us, there's no issue we will not resolve.
